AUDIO & VISUAL REQUIREMENTS
The ability for the audience to hear the presentation clearly makes a big difference. To maximize the program, please provide the best sound system that your school or program location has to offer.
All-School Assemblies/Conferences/Keynotes
SOUND: Please provide a cordless hand-held microphone (If wireless is not available, wired with a minimum of 50 feet of cord)
SEATING: In a gymnasium, please have the audience sit on one side of the gym, filling in the rows from the front to the back. In an auditorium, please fill up the front seats first. If the program is at a hotel or conference room, please arrange chairs in theatre style seating.
Workshops/Breakout Sessions/Leadership Trainings
SOUND: For a large group, please provide a cordless hand-held microphone (If wireless is not available, wired with a minimum of 50 feet of cord)
SEATING: If possible, have the audience seated in theater style, not at tables.
MATERIALS: Please provide an easel with white paper and markers.
